Whether it’s at trade events, training sessions, homeworker meet-ups or simply over the phone, one thing comes through consistently. Travel agents work incredibly hard for their customers.

The past few months haven’t always been easy either.

Customers have been taking longer to book, market conditions have shifted from week to week and agents have had to work harder than ever to convert enquiries into confirmed holidays.

That’s exactly why we’ve launched a new incentive in partnership with Domes Resorts.

Quite simply, we wanted to give something back.

A Chance To Experience Luxury First-Hand

Until 30 June 2026, every booking made through our brands will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a three-night stay for two at the beautiful Domes Lake Algarve.

The prize includes:

  • Return flights
  • Private transfers
  • Airport lounge access
  • Three nights at Domes Lake Algarve

The winning agent can choose to travel during 2026 or 2027, giving plenty of flexibility when planning their trip.

For many travel professionals, there’s no substitute for experiencing a product first-hand. Being able to stay at a resort, meet the team and see the guest experience up close often provides valuable insight that can be shared with future customers.

Of course, a few days in the Algarve isn’t a bad reward either.

How The Prize Draw Works

Every booking made with our brands during the campaign period qualifies for entries into the draw.

Agents will receive:

  • One entry for every American Holidays booking
  • One entry for every Citalia booking
  • Two entries for every Sovereign booking
  • Five entries for every Domes Resorts booking made through Sovereign

The more bookings made, the greater the chance of winning.

We’ve deliberately kept the process simple. There are no forms to complete and no additional administration. If an agent makes a qualifying booking, they’re automatically entered.

Recognising The Effort Behind Every Booking

Travel agents often spend hours helping customers compare options, answer questions and build the right holiday.

Much of that work happens behind the scenes.

Customers may only see the finished booking, but agents know how much effort goes into reaching that point.

That’s why recognising and rewarding that commitment matters to us.
